My Own Experiences
As a wife and mother of two, I completely empathize with the challenges of bringing home a baby and adjusting to life as you now know it. I knew I wanted to be a postpartum doula when the most important support to me fed me, cleaned my home for me, helped me with laundry, took care of my pets and held my baby so I could sleep.
As your postpartum doula, I’m here to support you as you transition into parenthood. It’s so important during the initial postpartum period to honor the mom and care for her as she is learning how to care for a newborn.
Being a native to Suffolk, Long Island, I have a plethora of resources to give to families for the parents and the baby. There is so much support out there and I am more than happy to share that with you.
As well as being a Certified Postpartum Doula, I also have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy which allows me to provide the tools to families and couples to cope with challenging situations, as well as, deal with emotional and mental issues. Please get in touch to find out more.
